Working the overnight shift can be trying on the body, but there are ways to make it through your shift refreshed. You may want to set a regular schedule ofight stretches or exercise to keep your energy level up. Make sure to eat prior or early in your shift and drink water or your beverage of choice. I suggest water because it helps us to maintain our bodies. A light snack or salad would also help you through the night. Be safe everyone.
